Michael Hoch

President – Commercial PM/Estimator

With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Mike is the President of Hoffman Electric. Having been with the company since 2011, Mike’s career trajectory has been a testament to his dedication and expertise. He started as a Journeyman Electrician, transitioning into a full-time Engineer/Estimator in 2017. In 2024, Mike took on the role of President, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the company’s operations.

Experience & Career Path: Mike’s journey began in the field, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience as a Journeyman Electrician. In 2017, he expanded his role as a full-time Engineer/Estimator, using his technical skills and industry knowledge to provide accurate and cost-effective estimates for various commercial projects. In 2024, Mike’s proven leadership and success within the company led to his promotion to President, where he now oversees the strategic direction of Hoffman Electric, ensuring continued growth and excellence in service.

Education & Training: Mike earned his 4-year degree from the Association Builders Contracting and Metro Technical College, laying the foundation for his expertise in electrical engineering and project estimation. This formal education, combined with over three decades of hands-on experience, enables Mike to approach every challenge with both technical precision and practical insight.

Adam Hoffman

Vice President/Office Manager

Adam has been an integral part of Hoffman Electric since 1999, starting his career as an apprentice. Over the years, his dedication and expertise have shaped his progression within the company. In 2008, Adam expanded his role to include part-time bookkeeper responsibilities, and in 2016, he transitioned to full-time Office Manager. His hard work and leadership led to his promotion to Vice President in 2024.

Adam’s many roles at Hoffman Electric include overseeing daily operations, managing scheduling and dispatching, and ensuring the smooth flow of accounts receivable and payable. His in-depth knowledge of both the technical and business sides of the company makes him a vital asset to the team.

With a long history at Hoffman Electric, Adam continues to play a key role in the company’s success, fostering growth, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the business.

Larry Koubsky

Residential Estimator

Larry is a highly skilled residential estimator and journeyman electrician with over 24 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry. Having been with our team since 2021, Larry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. His extensive background in residential electrical systems, combined with his keen eye for detail, allows him to provide accurate, efficient estimates and solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.

Professional Experience
As a journeyman electrician, Larry has worked on a wide variety of residential projects, from new builds to complex renovations and repairs. His comprehensive understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and the latest technologies allows him to expertly navigate every aspect of electrical work, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard.

Since joining our team as a residential estimator in 2021, Larry has consistently demonstrated an ability to assess electrical needs and provide detailed, cost-effective solutions for homeowners and contractors alike. Malinda Lincoln

Position: Part-Time Office Assistant

Malinda has been an integral part of the Hoffman Electric team since 2018, providing dedicated support in a variety of administrative roles. As a part-time office assistant, she efficiently manages daily tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. With her strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Malinda plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the team, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes.
